Your EverDoc records stay under your control
DrimSoftware does not receive, store or route the documents or other records you enter in EverDoc through its own servers. They stay on your device. If you enable cloud backup, EverDoc sends the backup directly to your own iCloud or Google Drive account, not to a DrimSoftware server. We do not operate a server that hosts or reads your EverDoc records.
This policy applies to the EverDoc mobile app and the EverDoc pages on drimso.com. It explains the optional services that contact other companies and the information you may choose to send us. For questions, contact support@everdoc.drimso.com.
Records stored on your device
EverDoc stores the documents, document details, events, purchase and product records, family profiles, photos and attachments you add on your device. The local database and app-managed media are encrypted on the device. DrimSoftware does not collect these records for advertising, analytics or any other purpose. EverDoc has no DrimSoftware account or server for syncing them.
Optional cloud backups
Cloud backup is optional. If you connect iCloud or Google Drive and create a backup, the app sends a copy of your records directly to the private backup storage in your own account with that provider. This may include family information and, if you choose to include them, photos and attachments. DrimSoftware does not receive or keep a copy. The provider handles account authentication and stores the backup under its own privacy policy. Connecting Google Drive uses Google sign-in and asks for access to the app's private backup folder.
Backup encryption is on by default, but you can turn it off in the app. When encryption is on, keep your recovery key outside EverDoc: without it, an encrypted backup cannot be restored. If you turn encryption off, the cloud provider stores an unencrypted backup. Deleting local data or uninstalling EverDoc does not automatically delete a backup in your cloud account; use the app's backup controls or your provider account to remove it.
Exporting and sharing
You can export records to a file or share individual files using your device's share controls. EverDoc creates the export on your device and sends it only to the destination you select. You can choose whether to password-protect an export; an unprotected export can be read by anyone who receives it. The destination app or service handles a shared file under its own privacy terms.
Device features and permissions
EverDoc may request access to the camera or photo library when you add an image, and notifications when you enable reminders. You can change these permissions in your device settings. The app can also use device security features, such as biometrics, when you enable them. Family profiles may contain information about children that you choose to enter; that information follows the same local-storage and optional-backup rules as other records.
Other network requests
EverDoc does not include advertising or analytics services. The app may download its display font from Google and may check Apple's public catalog when you use the app-sharing feature. These requests can reveal ordinary connection information, such as an IP address, to the service provider; they do not contain your EverDoc records. Google sign-in, iCloud, the app stores and external links also involve the relevant provider only when you use those features.
Support messages
If you email us, DrimSoftware receives your email address, message and any information or attachments you choose to send. We use them to respond to your request and handle support; this is separate from data stored in EverDoc. Please avoid sending sensitive document details unless needed. You can ask us to delete your correspondence at support@everdoc.drimso.com.
Optional in-app purchases
EverDoc may offer voluntary in-app tips to support development. They do not unlock new features, increase limits or change how the app works. The applicable app store processes the payment and provides transaction information needed to complete it; DrimSoftware does not receive your full payment card details. A donation through the website's Buy Me a Coffee link is handled by that service.
Retention and your choices
You can edit or delete records in EverDoc, export them, and remove local data using the app's settings. Cloud backups remain in your selected cloud account until you delete them there or through the app's backup controls. Contact us to request deletion of support correspondence.
This website
drimso.com is a static site. Its own code does not set cookies or use advertising or analytics scripts. It stores your manual light/dark theme choice in your browser's local storage. On mobile devices, it uses session storage to remember that it already attempted to open the EverDoc store page during this browser session, preventing repeated redirects. On iOS, the EverDoc page checks Apple's public catalog for the exact App Store listing; Apple receives normal request information such as your IP address. The hosting provider may process basic connection logs to deliver and secure the site. Following store, cloud-provider or donation links takes you to those services and their privacy practices.
Changes
We may update this policy when the app or its services change. The effective date above will change with any update.
